All scooters and mopeds sold by eBikeOutlet are DOT compliant, road-legal vehicles that could be subject to state motor vehicle licensing and operation laws.  It is the purchasers responsibility to verify the requirements and logistics of registration and operation of the scooter before purchase.

All scooters are supplied with a NHTSA compliant and registered VIN number.  Buyers will be provided with a Manufacturers Certificate of Origin (MCO/MSO) and a sales invoice.  These documents are required to register and title a vehicle.  It is the Buyers responsibility to take these documents to their local license agency for registration.  

eBikeOutlet can not assist in the registration process, and it is the buyers responsibility to ensure that the vehicle is able to be registered in their locality.  Some regions disallow the registration of new vehicles by consumers directly.  eBikeOutlet makes no guarantees that a vehicle can be registered in any area-- and inability to register is not an accepted reason for return.  CONSULT YOUR LOCAL LICENSING AGENCY BEFORE PURCHASING THE SCOOTER.

Some scooters sold by eBikeOutlet may perform at a speed requiring a specialized motorcycle operators license.  It is the buyers responsibility to verify all licensing requirements before purchase.
