Shipping & Returns

Any item may be returned within 15 days of the date of purchase.  Returns must be received in 100% new, re-sellable condition. Returns will not be eligible for refund if it has been ridden, worn, used, abused, or damaged in any way. Merchandise must arrive complete (including warranty cards, manuals, accessories, promotional items, battery chargers, etc.) and in the original packaging.  If you simply change your mind, you will be responsible for return shipping and original shipping charges are not refundable plus you could be charged a 15% restocking fee.  
 
All Returns Require Prior Authorization


If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.   Any item returned without authorization will be refused. Returned merchandise must arrive no later than 7 days after we provide you with a Return Authorization Number.
 
Return of DISCOUNTED SHIPPING ITEMS


ALL items that are shipped for free or at a reduced rate, either by promotion or default, will be assessed the cost of the shipping charges to cover original shipping and processing charges incurred by eBikeOutlet. Returned merchandise must arrive no later than 7 days after we provide you with a Return Authorization Number.
 
Return of New or Refurbished Items


eBikeOutlet allows you to return any factory-sealed and unopened merchandise within 15 days of your date of purchase. You may choose a refund minus original shipping charges or a product exchange. Shipping charges cannot be refunded. Credit to your card may take up to 30 days to post after processing. All items are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Returned merchandise must arrive no later than 7 days after we provide you with a Return Authorization Number.
 
Return of Defective Items


eBikeOutlet allows you to return defective merchandise within 15 days of your purchase date. Please follow instructions above for "All Return Require Prior Authorization". Merchandise found to be non-defective may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Additional fees will be assessed for missing hardware or components. Credit to your card may take up to 30 days to post after processing. Shipping charges cannot be refunded. Returned merchandise must arrive no later than 7 days after we provide you with a Return Authorization Number
 
Packaging Your Return


Returned merchandise must include all factory packed accessories in the ORIGINAL CARTON, all ORIGINAL PACKAGING and with all UPC and Bar Codes intact. Incomplete returns will receive a reduced credit reflecting any missing accessories.
 
Return Shipping Costs


You are responsible for shipping any returned product. eBikeOutlet will pay for return shipping of a defective item only if it is being returned for an exchange. We will not pay for the return of any item being returned for a refund. In the case that you exchange a defective product for a new product, eBikeOutlet will provide and pay for the outbound shipping for replacement merchandise. Returned merchandise must arrive no later than 7 days after we provide you with a Return Authorization Number.
 
Refused packages


Customers will receive less than full credit on any merchandise returned to sender as either refused or undeliverable (other than freight damaged goods) due to return shipping charges.
 
Processing Time


Returns meeting the conditions outlined above will be processed within 5 business days following receipt. Processing may be slightly extended during peak business periods. Credit to your card may take up to 30 days to post after processing
 
Low Stock / Out of Stock Items


Should your item be defective and eBikeOutlet either has low stock or no stock of the item, we reserve the right to have the item sent for servicing at our discretion.
